“A play writing initiative that began at Riverview Correctional Facility, in Ogdensburg, has expanded this year to include students, teachers, inmates and playwrights from around the world. ‘Plays Across the Walls’ will present nine live short plays this weekend at SUNY Potdam and the Potsdam Public Library.”
