The PBS Independent Lens documentary film "Apart" profiles three incarcerated women as they work to leave prison and rejoin their families. The film's director Jennifer Redfearn joins us.
And, frontline outreach workers in Chicago try to intervene in disputes and get people off the streets before violence happens. As Patrick Smith of WBEZ reports, a new survey reveals that the work comes with a heavy cost.
