St. James Infirmary is a peer-based occupational health and safety clinic for sex workers of all genders. It is our mission to meet the needs of people engaged in the sex trade through advocacy, direct services, and social justice.

The Global Network of Sex Work Projects (NSWP) exists to uphold the voice of sex workers globally and connect regional networks advocating for the rights of female, male, and transgender sex workers.

PONY (Prostitutes of New York) was formed in 1976 by Jean Powell. We are a support group for all sex workers, whether current, former or transitioning. Our members come from every part of the industry. We have worked in the streets, clubs, agencies, bordellos, bedrooms, peep shows, BDSM parlors and other sex markets of New York.
