New York African Film Festival 2013
New York, April 3 - 9

African film is so vibrant, entertaining, intriguing and inventive that it will be the next New Wave. Though not as well known internationally as the cinemas of Asia or the Middle East, African cinema has produced and continues to produce some of the most energizing work screening today. Take every opportunity to see an African film!
2013 is the 20th anniversary of the New York African Film Festival, one of the city’s most interesting festivals and always a festival to watch. The festival is at The Film Society of Lincoln Center and continues at BAMCinématek, the Maysles Cinema, and Maison Française at Columbia University.
